Tim Reilley
Tim Reilley is a partner at Evans / Reilley. Tim brings more than 26 years of experience representing clients in significant cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and other catastrophic bodily injuries.

"I started my career at the oldest defense firm in Dallas, where I first met Chip over 25 years ago. Most recently I was a partner in a large firm with over 150 employees and thousands of clients. The time was finally right for us to create a firm together — one where I can provide truly personal service to a small number of select clients."
Tim has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. He recently left one of the largest personal injury firms in Texas to join Chip at Evans / Reilley.
Tim is also a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA). Most attorneys who advertise themselves as "trucking" or "18-wheeler" lawyers have no real training in commercial vehicle litigation — they treat a trucking case as a large car wreck. Tim graduated from the ATAA trucking school in Montana. He has driven big rigs and oil tankers, loaded freight, and knows how to handle significant trucking cases.
Tim grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended Texas Tech University. After graduating from law school at the University of Houston, he was recruited to the oldest defense firm in Dallas, where he primarily represented hospitals and doctors in medical malpractice cases. Since 1998, Tim has only represented individuals seriously injured by the negligence of others.
Tim and his wife, Nicole, have lived in Southlake, Texas since 1999. Their daughters, Regan and Kate, both graduated from Southlake Carroll High School. Regan earned her Engineering Plus degree from the University of Colorado and is now an environmental engineer in Colorado for an international engineering firm. Kate earned her B.B.A., with Honors from the University of Oklahoma and now works for Lockheed Martin.
Tim believes deeply in giving back. He coached youth sports in Southlake for years, serves on multiple boards and committees at his local church, and previously served on the Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board. Nicole is the Executive Director of Me Squared Cancer Foundation, which supports adults newly diagnosed with cancer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys golf, skiing, traveling, fishing, hunting, and — most recently — pickleball. Above all, he is proud of his reputation with his clients, neighbors, and the broader legal community.
